In the past we showed you How to Get New Gmail Notification from Firefox with Gmail Notifier, but this way you need a plugin. If you are link me, downloading a punch of extensions or plugins can get old. Here is a really easy and simply way to get desktop notification for any new Gmail.
Here how to do it, first go to your Gmail account and go to Settings, in the upper right hand corner. Under the General tab locate Desktop Notifications and enable New mail notifications on.
Go down to the Save Changes and wait for your notifications to come in.
