Print First Row on Every Page in Excel 2010

Sometimes when you use Excel 2010 you might have data on multiple pages and you have a header row you want on the top of the first page. So you do the typical and froze the pans so you can always see the header which works if you just want to see them while you are working on the workbook. The only problem is when you print your workbook. You will only see the header row on the first page. For readability sake we can have Excel print first row on every page, here is how to do it.

For this we are going to be using Excel 2010, but you can also use this for Excel 2007 as well.

First step you will need to open up Excel and then go to the Page Layout and click on the Print Titles under the Page Setup.

After clicking Print Titles you will see the Page Setup window will appear and you should be under the Sheet tab. Go the the Print titles section and click the icon to the right of the Rows to repeat at top box.

After you click the little box you will be then asked to select rows you want to print. Select the row or rows you want to be printed on ever page.

After select your row click the red arrow to go back and click ok on the Page Setup window. You are now print ready and the selected row or rows will always appear on every page that you print.
