How to Jailbreak iOS 4.2.1 with GreenPois0n RC5

The Chronic Dev Team just released a Windows and a Mac version of Greenpois0n that lets you jailbreak iOS 4.2.1 untethered. Greenpois0n is compatible with iPhone 4, 3GS, iPod touch 4G/3G/2G and the iPad.

After downloading, link below, run the program. Connect your iOS device to your Windows machine and turn it off. Then click the Prepare to Jailbreak (DFU) button on Greenpois0n.

Greenpois0n will then walk you through the steps to put your iOS device in DFU mood.

After you are in DFU mood click the Jailbreak! button to start the process.

That’s it! Your iOS device is now jailbroken.

    I got an error the first time, but when I tried it again, it worked great!

    One click jailbreaks are fantastic, its a great way to get a larger jailbreak community.
