If you are a system admin like myself you probably use the admin tools a lot. By default the admin tools are not added to the start menu. Here is a quick tutorial on how to add them.
How to do it
Right click on Start and go to properties.
The Taskbar and Start Menu Properties window will open. Click on the Customize button on the Start Menu tab.
In the Customize Start Menu window scroll down until you find the System administrative tools category. Click the radio button to Display on the All Programs menu and the Start Menu.
Click Ok on both menus and click on Start button. Now the admin tools are part of the Start Menu.
