How to Enable or Disable Software Rendering instead of GPU Rendering in IE9

With Internet Explorer 9, Microsoft has done a great job speeding this browser up and integrating a hardware accelerator. While Chrome 7 and Firefox 4.0 are only partially accelerated. But sometimes Internet Explorer 9 has performance or fidelity problems when showing webpage content. You might see a page scrolling slow or some page element not working right. This is a know issues on some graphic cards and will be addressed in a future updated to Internet Explorer. Here is a work around if you are experiencing this issue.
